TELLEISH BOOKING POLICY

* Telleish hair studio – Complimentary Adjustment policy

We love to see our clients leave the salon loving their new fresh locks, if you are not feeling the love at all, simply let us know within 2 weeks of your appointment. Call or email the friendly front of house team and we will make the adjustments needed, complimentary. We provide an open safe space for you to come back to us to make the adjustments, we don’t provide refunds, we provide great hair and that’s how you should be feeling every time.

*Telleish hair studio – Cancellation policy and Arriving late to appointments –

Prior to your appointment we will send out a confirmation SMS, please confirm Y or N to confirm or cancel out your booking 24hrs prior to your booking. By confirmation of Y you agree to the following, if you cancel within the 24hrs pre booking, fail to turn up, run more than 10 mins late or forget your appointment you will be charged a $50 cancellation fee. If you wish to make a future booking a $50 deposit will be required for all future bookings.

If you have a Tuesday booking, we are closed Sunday/ Mondays, please do not call the salon as we do not receive these messages un til Tuesday morning. Please D/m us via instagram outside of your 24hr notice period. We appreciate at times, circumstances arise that are out of our control, we will remain fair and discretion is always used in cancellation circumstances. No show appointments have a crippling effect on a business and this policy in in place to ensure we protect the team and remain a hair home for our clients.

*Telleish hair studio – Changing services –

Feeling like your colour is still fresh? still loving the cut from last time? Great, please let us know pre appointment, as we have allocated time with your stylist for these services, dropping a service can be the same as cancelling a booking. If a service is dropped on the day with no notice, there will be a 50% charge of the cost of that service added to your invoice.

*New clients – 

We love welcoming new clients, and feel so excited working with new hair. To make it seamless for colour we do require sitting down with us for a complemtry consultation before we book you in for your first colour sitting with us. This allows us to view your hair, its health, quote your works, take a strand test if needed, aline you with the perfect stylist for your hair type and budget. Let us ensure your hair health is the no.1 priority for us.

*8am appointments- 

Are you a morning person? Guess what – now we are too! We require a $50 deposit for all 8am bookings, this can be a rolling deposit if you love this time slot. This can be put towards your service for the day also.
